Thanks, but I don’t know what you’re talking about… I tried several browsers and I experienced no such “hijacking”. I’m using a very little customized version of WordPress anyway, so you should blame WordPress

Good to see your book out, even though I hate sites that hijacks my browser and maximizes the window!
